Fall 2016 Survey… Our Families said…….

What our FM United Wolf Pack families are saying about us………

We are more than happy with our move to FM United and believe this is the right place for our daughter. We are happy to talk about any feedback we left in this survey as well. I applaud FM United’s dedication to soccer, youth development, and the community. I’m very impressed you sent this survey and are seeking honest and constructive feedback. Keep up the great work!

Thank you for creating a well run and positive organization. I look forward to your growth and success.

We loved the FM United fall season and can’t say enough good things about this club. The focus on serving others and giving back to the community added something special and impactful that we hadn’t experienced with other sports programs. Our son enjoyed every minute, we were sad when the season came to an end. It was easy for us to note the improvements in his technical skills, but I think more importantly are the quieter things that were happening that he may not appreciate as much until later in life; like character development. Thank you so much!

I have appreciated the transparency of the FM United organization. As with any organization, I expect that kinks and challenges will arise. However, I felt the communication was open and issues were addressed in a timely manner.

Our coaches were EXCELLENT! This was a big change for my daughter and she adapted well. She learned new things, they pushed her, and from what I witnessed, I would have to say they were positive in their coaching style, communication on and off the field, and overall demeanor. I believe coaches should be respectful to their players and the players respectful to their coaches. I saw this too. It’s hard to find good coaches and I appreciated both of them very much.

Great coaching, I particularly like the way the boys were give positive instruction to correct something they did wrong: “Great idea, XXX, but next time let’s try to do this”. Simple and positive way to communicate that gave the boys correction without being yelled at. This was consistent in practices and in games.

The board has always been willing to listen and is receptive to feedback. That is very much appreciated.

We loved the community service projects our daughter and the club participated in!
